UMP’D UP NON FAT PLAIN GREEK YOGURT

I start every morning pre workout with this one:

1 -5 oz container plain non fat greek yogurt mixed with 1 scoop chocolate UMP protein.  It makes it thick and creamy and filling and puts me on the right track for a great workout!

VANILLA AND PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN  PUDDING

Mix 1 scoop vanilla UMP protein powder with 2 tablespoons PB2 or organic peanut butter powder and water or almond milk.  I like mine to be a consistency of a thick pudding but you can make it as thick or runny as you might like.  I also serve this on plain rice cakes if I am in need of some additional carbs.

VANILLA PROTEIN PACKED PANCAKES

This is my staple breakfast

Mix 1/2 scoop UMP vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

1 egg

3 egg whites

dash of cinnamon

whisk together and pam a pan and make a pancake.  Serve with Waldon Farms sugar free syrup and some blueberries.   I also typically have  a 100 calorie pack  of Better Oats with Flax for a complete protein/carb ratio filling meal.

CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES

Mix 1/2 scoop chocolate UMP protein powder

1 egg

3 egg whites

1 tsp baking powder

2 tablespoons waldon farms chocolate syrup

Whisk together and spray a pan with pam and make a pancake.   This tastes like a chocolate brownie.   I make up several and pull out during the day when I want a sweet treat.

PROTEIN PACKED BED TIME SNACK HOT CHOCOLATE

Mix 1 scoop ump chocolate protein powder with 1 desired water and 1-2 TBSP Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup.  Heat in microwave and drink as your warm chocolate sweet treat at night.     (To keep calories down I use half scoop).
