Dark Chocolate Covered Pomegranate Seeds

pompicMelt 1 cup dark chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil in microwave.Next to get the seeds out of the fruit do the following: Fill a dish with water. Cut the top of the fruit and cut the skin all the way around. The carefully pull it open and push the seeds out into the water. The pulp rises to the top of the water and the seeds to the bottom. This makes it easy to grab the seeds.

Fill half of a chocolate mold with chocolate and place 1 tsp  seeds in middle and then cover with the rest of the chocolate.

Place in freezer for 20 mins or fridge for 1 hour and then pop out and store in fridge in air tight container.

So festive and perfect for the Holiday Parties!
